![[MOBILITY CLASS: wat is het en wat doen we?]
Een belangrijk aspect van CrossFit dat soms over het hoofd wordt gezien, is mobiliteit. Mobiliteit verwijst naar de bewegingsvrijheid en flexibiliteit van je gewrichten, spieren en weefsels. Om bewegingen zoals squats, deadlifts, overhead presses en pull-ups correct en efficiënt uit te voeren, is een goede mobiliteit vereist. En daarnaast essentieel om blessures te voorkomen, je prestaties te verbeteren en het meeste uit je CrossFit-trainingen te halen.
